Bold Heart Yoga
Join me for this uplifting and fun class dedicated to Girls on the Run! Inspired by the current program curriculum, this class will balance both flowing vinyasa and holding poses for building strength, flexibility, and core stability, while honoring and fostering the deep connection of mind, body, and spirit.
The goal is for students to leave uplifted with a sense of spaciousness and strength.
Proceeds from this class will go towards Girls on the Run Michiana. Register here!
